Booking & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and booking policy for all events:
All bookings are transferable – ie you are welcome to find someone to fill your place if you need to cancel without any additional cost as long as they are prepared to participate in the event in the same way as other singers. You are also expected to pass on any emails and learning material sent in advance.
If you need to cancel up to six months in advance of an event, we will refund all that you have paid, including your deposit. If you cancel up to three months in advance we will keep your deposit but refund the remainder to you. If you cancel less than three months before the event we reserve the right to keep the full ammount.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that if you do need to cancel your losses will be repaid to you.
Please make cheques payable to David Burbidge and include details of phone numbers, email address, home address, dietary requirements (if any) …and the event you are booking on!
We can on many occasions help with lift shares with those who are coming from a similar area.
For residential courses please let us know at least one week in advance about any special dietary needs you might have.
